30-day returns
If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email info@moda-nyc.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with the return instructions.
- Send the items back unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and your order number and we will put it right.
